1. LabbonTech shall ensure that our customers do not have to resort to the cancellation of their accounts with us in any circumstances. However, certain situations may demand that the customer (“You”) may decide to cancel your account with us and ask for a refund. This policy chalks down all terms and conditions under which cancellation and refund are possible.
2. For the purpose of business, our relationship as Customer and the Company commences on the date of the actual financial transaction takes place (Your payment of fees to us), for new transactions as well as for renewals of existing ones
3. LaboonTech provides “30 days Money-Back Guarantees” on certain products. Should your product qualify for this guarantee please contact us within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund. Customers are limited to using the money-back guarantee once. Upon a second transaction or a renewal thereof, no refunds shall be applicable.
4. Refunds shall be available only on advance payment you may have made for any services like app development or web design. Laboontech does not make any refunds on fees already paid upon order completed.
5. Refunds shall also not be available on SEO toolkit, third-party services where Laboontech has made payments to the third party, and domain names already paid for and in use.
6. In case of a failed payment transaction, where the amount has been deducted from your account but not credited in ours, LaboonTech shall make a full refund within 4 working days. Customers will have to intimate about the transaction ID to initiate the refund process
7. All refunds shall be made in the same mode that the original payment was made and not on an alternative account/mode
8. A refund or cancellation, wherever applicable, shall render the agreement between the customer and LaboonTech redundant, along with the pricing and terms and conditions agreed upon. Any new transaction will be on the terms and conditions and fees as applicable on entering into the new agreement.
